Article Marketing Tools Take You to The Next Step

Article Marketing Tools

Article marketing tools became the topic of my conversation at lunch with a client two weeks ago.

You might wonder how did it come up in discussion?

She is a company sales director looking for a different marketing strategy for 2013 than the one she had previously used. She started out by asking: "Can article marketing tools really produce?

Find out my response below...

First I reviewed her objectives for using online marketing tools and why she chose content marketing as the answer to her objectives.

After lunch, over our coffee, I indicated that if she wanted to get a leg up on promoting her web content, she should start by considering and then narrowing down an aggregation of ideas on successful article marketing tools. I could only start the process at that meeting.

She asked for some for-instances and I told some tips that I thought could help her get the most benefit from her article marketing efforts.

My first marketing tip:

Showing how other customers have benefited from your product will make your new visitors trust you and more likely to buy from you. Include a section featuring real-life testimonials from buyers who have used your product and were satisfied with the results.

We maintained a back-and-forth, ongoing Q & A as follows...
Question & Answer on Article Marketing Tools
She then asked:

QUESTION: But how can I attract people to my content?

My ANSWER: Most articles, unless they are specifically deleted, will stay on the internet forever. They can be used again and again to direct new traffic to your website. You can also use the article marketing tool of writing articles which highlight other articles you've written to increase your followers and networking.

Keep your website fresh by posting new content on a consistent basis. Spiders index your site based on content. You will be indexed more often and be more visible if you continue to provide new content. The more content you post, likely the higher the search engines rate your site and the more visitors you will attract.

QUESTION: How can I be sure site visitors read my content?

ANSWER: Your articles must be written well. Carefully proofread your articles, and ensure that they positively reflect your company, your product and your principles. By doing so, your customers will regard you in a positive light.

Use your title as the attention grabber. The title is your one chance to entice readers to read your entire article. Say it in the title, and then provide useful information with solutions to problems. A gripping title is one of the most important aspects of an article. Article marketing is big business, so make sure that you stand out in the crowd.

QUESTION: What about convincing readers you know your subject?

ANSWER: You will know how you can succeed if you keep going and become an expert. If you don't know what you're writing about, don't do it, because you will then produce work that is not very good. Be open in your articles, and include original content. When your post, readers can relate to you, it allows them to build a deeper connection. This will improve your reputation as the reliable resource in your field of expertise.

Tell your readers something important. The better they like your writing and articles, the more likely they will be to come back again and again. Especially if they feel like you are offering them a lot of great useful information.

If your audience includes readers at different skill levels - tailor your articles to all of those different skill levels. If you are marketing a technical product, be sure to include technical terms. Because not everyone will be familiar with the technical terms, explain them in simple terms, too. Catering to your entire audience will earn you credibility and respect.

QUESTION: How about topics to choose?

ANSWER: Be strategic in formulating the topics of discussion for your writing. Consider which topics you are knowledgeable about and develop a real specialty in a particular niche by writing about topics associated with how prospects can benefit from them in that market.

QUESTION: What can you tell me about the content writing itself?

ANSWER: This one is easy... Information in your articles should be useful, relevant and high-quality. This is very important. Don't try to fool your readers; they will know if your content is written to serve only yourself rather than to provide genuine and helpful information.

Put a lot of emotion into your writing, this will make you easy to relate to. If you come off as too sales-like or too frigid, some people will avoid your site and, as a result, you will lose business.

One way for you to make your article more effective as a marketing tool is to include a 'hook' or 'attention getter'. The author has numerous ways that create attention-getters based on the nature of the content.

QUESTION: What's a good way to conclude your articles?

ANSWER: Make your articles lead readers to a next step. Readers are canny enough to understand that a single article will not provide a complete solution for a problem or a full explanation of an issue. Before you begin writing your article, plan out what you think your readers should do after reading it. If you can plant that in your article, you will have readers handing out their money for the results.

Include a call-to-action that will make a strong impact on your prospects. The end of the article should make your reader feel charged and ready to take action. When you do this, your readers will be more likely to actually take that next step.

QUESTION: How about including a Bio Box?

ANSWER: Create an author box that is appropriate and effective. Explain why you write about the things you do. You're going to want to ensure that your main site is linked back from the author box. Keep your author box info straight if you have different websites for different audiences, and make sure all links lead to the right site.

QUESTION: Tell me about the quantity of articles necessary and about distributing to article directories or blog networks.

ANSWER: Focus on the quantity and quality of each article you put on your site to be successful with your article marketing tools. This will help your readers out when you are able to constantly give them useful content. Once you get the hang of writing your articles, it can become easier for you and you can produce articles more quickly.

Remember that a few exceptional articles are more effective than a hundred fluff pieces. Avoid presenting copies of other articles. Instead, seek out marketing tools which enable manual submission of better quality marketing articles packed with keywords. Focus on sites that are relevant and trusted regarding the content you are submitting.

Try submitting a ton of articles. When posting on blog networks, craft your submissions in a consistent fashion. In order to adequately promote just one keyword, you have to submit a large amount of articles that contain the keyword. Submit multiple articles to directories and blog networks when using a popular keyword. Then you must make fifty posts to a private blog network if you want to get a relatively high ranking.

But, but, but...

That said...

You should not flood indexes with articles which contain identical content. There are many article indexes you should use in your article marketing efforts. It is easy to be tempted to submit the same article again and again to the vast number of indexes out there. Avoid doing this since search engines can discount your rankings.

Conclusion
I hope our dialogue helped. BTW, my client paid for lunch, so I guess she was pleased. By now you should be ready to try your own hand at article marketing. Your focus should be on at least keeping up with the competition by continually working on your marketing strategy. Hard work and information can help you succeed in this business.

Easy Article Writing - Here's an Easy Formula to Create Effective Articles

Article writing is a bit threatening to some people. They hated writing in high school and are afraid to try it as an adult. I'm going to show you how to write articles easily using a proven formula for success. It's simple to follow and the results will astound you.

If you are writing an information article, it should be at least 400 words and should be broken down to approximately one-third introduction and two-thirds explanation.

For example, the intro might be something like "In this article I'm going to tell you about xyz. The reason is because (tell the problem that you're writing about)." That should take about 100 - 150 words.

Then the body of the article should contain bullet or numbered points about how you are going to fix the problem in the introductory paragraph. This should be about 300 words. If you have 5 bullets, then each one could be about 50 words. Don't be intimidated about the amount of words you need to write. You should know enough about your topics to be able to write at least 50 words about them..

If you find that the information that you want to convey to your reader can't be put in this amount of space, you should think about writing another article just about this bulleted information. Now you will have two articles, both of great interest to the subscriber.

The final paragraph should contain your Call to Action. This is how the reader gets to your squeeze page or website. Your call to action should ask the reader to go to the next step and click on the link to your squeeze page. When your reader does this, you will collect the reader's name and email address. The reader should willingly do this if you have written an informative article. Your readers have proven their interest by reading the entire article and want more information. They realize that you can't get an entire concept in one 400 word article so they are ready to keep going.

To sweeten the pot, you should offer a free gift, usually a short audio or 10 page eBook relating to the theme of the article. Now they should be even more ready to click to your squeeze page which makes two people happy - the reader gets a free gift and more needed information and you get a new subscriber to your list. A win-win situation for both parties!

Newbie Article Writers - 4 Astounding Secrets for Writing an Effective Article

Every day there are thousands of people who want to become an article writer. Most of them disappear after a few tries because they don't have the training or insight on how to create successful articles. If you truly want to become an article writer then you should pay close attention to the following 4 secrets to help you learn the correct way to write an article.

Here are the 4 secret steps for writing an effective article:

1) Write at least 400 words. Most Article Directories today require a minimum of 400 words in order for your articles to be accepted. Your article should have a title, an introduction, a body and a conclusion. Generally, your introduction should be about 100-150 words, your body of the article should contain about 250 - 300 words and your conclusion should be about 50 - 100 words. None of these numbers are carved in stone except you must have at least the minimum of 400 words for your entire article.

2) The title should contain a main keyword. Keywords in an article aren't as important as many people say they are but that's a discussion I'll save for another article. However, you should always try to place your main keyword as the first word of your article title or at least somewhere in the title. This is for a number of reasons. It is the first thing that a reader sees and it is also the first thing that a search engine bot sees when it is crawling your article. This will help your rankings in the search engines.

3) The body should have bullets or numbers. If you have more than one point to make with your information, then you should present it in bulleted or numbered paragraphs. This makes it much easier to see and the reader will then know that you have much to say about your topics. Each paragraph should refer to your title or the reader will feel like you're just adding filler and no real information. Or worse yet, the reader might think that you really don't know what you're talking about and won't read any more of your articles in the future - there goes a potential buyer of your products!

4) Proofread your work before it's sent to the publisher. Most computers have spell checkers so that you can check your work and make sure that there are no misspellings contained in it. Today Article Directories also have spell checkers and could reject your article because of a misspelling or, perhaps, bad grammar. This means time wasted in fixing your article and not getting it published early. Bottom Line: Proofread your work before submission.

Online Article Marketers - Are You Really Appropriately Ambitious?

Not long ago, I found myself debating the ends and outs of online article writing with a gentleman who is a proclaimed expert in Internet marketing and has duly noted the advantages of informational online marketing through article writing. Some of the suggested marketing practices that most Internet marketers claim to be relevant are not always what I'd consider appropriate or the epitome of ethical in nature. Okay so, let's talk as this can be a contentious topic for many who are just getting in the online world of article marketing.

First, I believe it is relevant to do a bit of soul searching and mirror gazing to see if your motivation is "appropriately ambitious" or somewhat sketchy or murky when it comes to the details, that is to say how you propose to go about it. Most everyone I've ever talked to who has done online article marketing for any long period of time will advise newbies that quality trumps quantity, but that without the quantity of quality articles, the venue is simply underwhelming, as it is hard to cover all the niche topics within the subject matter you are writing about.

Perhaps this is why some have decided to cut corners, or cheat using less-than-ethical tactics which in the end lend themselves to less-than-stellar performance and results. Let's consider expanding this conversation to include some of the issues I am talking about here;

PLR
SEO
Links
Social
Reviews
Shrill Tactics
Squeeze Pages
Long Sales Letter eBooks

Over the years, I've had a number of folks contact me asking me about online marketing. They want to sell some type of product online or offer some service and they've noted that I have written a ton of online articles, and they assume that I know something about all this. They tell me that their goal is to be financially independent in a business of their own, working out of their own home, and doing it all online. Basically, they want to make $1 million.

That is rather ambitious, and there is nothing wrong with making money in the free-market, and nothing wrong with making money online, as long as you are doing it right and your marketing is appropriate and ethical. Still, there are far too many people trying to game the system or cheat. Too many people claiming to have written something they didn't write using PLR software which I personally despise, or trying to game the search engine using less than ethical as SEO strategies.

They use trickery tactics to get other people to link to them and pretend to be friends with people they never would in the real world on the popular social online networks. They use shrill tactics in promoting their own products and creating false reviews. If you go to their website they have squeeze pages, and giant long sales letters which they claim to be free eBooks. That's really unfair to all the people on the Internet that put their trust in these online entrepreneurs.

If you are going to operate an Internet business, even if it is a small business run out of your home, then I hope you will be appropriately ambitious, and not do anything inappropriate or dishonest in the process. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.

7 Keys to Web Marketing Articles That Sell

Admit it, you hate writing. I don't know if it was a mean third grade teacher, or what. And the problem is that to grow your business to attract new clients you need to write articles and blog posts to bring your online marketing to life.

More bad news? Unless you have a writer on staff, it can be overwhelming trying to write killer marketing articles. You're a busy business owner who has appointments to see, orders to place, a business to run. You don't have time to sit there, with your head in your hands, wondering how on earth to write an article that would convince people to buy your products and services.

I have good news for you. Writing an article that sells is simpler than you think. And, I'm going to help you do it.

You see, one of my clients had the same issue that you do. He had some pretty good content on his site, but it wasn't increasing his sales. And, on top of it, he was having writer's block. He was in rough shape.

I asked if he could write a letter to his best friend. He replied, "Of course I can! I'm no Shakespeare, but I can write a letter." Well, since I wasn't really looking for a "Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?," I felt pretty confident in moving forward.

I told him to imagine that his friend had the same issue that clients looking for his service would have. What would he say to him? What knowledge would he share? What solutions would he offer? He was to write the letter, in his personality, and when he was done, he was to send it to me to look at.

I have to tell you, he was pretty reluctant at first. He clearly thought I was wasting his time. But, two hours later, his letter was in my inbox and his first draft of a great article was complete. He just didn't know it yet.

When you write your articles, one of the biggest things to remember is that you aren't writing to the masses. You are writing to the small, select group of people who are truly looking for a solution to their problem. Your solution.

When you write a personal letter to a friend, you interject all that you know, explaining where you got your knowledge to foster credibility. You throw in some of your personality, just like when you verbally speaking to them. You offer a solution that, ultimately, involves your help.

So, if you can write a letter to your best friend, you can write an email marketing article that sells. Of course, the letter will take a little modification and editing to make it "client suitable", but just keep in mind these seven key attributes when finalizing your article and you'll be fine:

Write in a user-friendly format. Using bullets, headlines and sub headlines makes your articles easier to read which translates into people staying at your site, and not clicking to your competitor. As an added bonus, it also makes it easier for search engines to rank your site.

Add links to other pages. Let readers know that you have more information on the topics that interest them. Use the links to take readers deeper into your site where they can get to know you better, and convince themselves that you are the one they want to give their business to.

Use images. Images, pictures, graphs - they all draw the reader's attention. Also, articles with images have a greater likelihood of being shared via social media outlets. As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words," or in this case, unlimited cash potential.

Input some humor, but not too much. You don't need to make readers roll on the floor in laughter, but you do want your articles fun and interesting to read.

Incorporate your Personality. Give your reader a sense of who "you" are. Design your web article to have a human feel.

Mention other people and blogs. This gives you credibility and shows your potential customer that you are trying to provide them all of the information they need to make an informed decision. It also allows you to network with other professionals who may return the favor and put links to your information on their site.

Provide information your readers can use right this moment. Not sure what that is? Ask yourself what problem may have prompted them to visit your site. Give them something tangible that provides them immediate relief for their issue.

Does Article Marketing Still Work? 3 "SECRETS" For Creating Content That STILL Converts

Yes, article marketing still works. And NO, after writing and submitting more than 6000 of my own, I would NOT be writing this right now if it didn't.

Have the rules changed a little bit over the last year and a half or so?

Absolutely. But I wouldn't say they've changed for the worse. They've simply evolved in a way that's reinforced the importance of several KEY elements that have been there, and been important to using content marketing successfully, since the very beginning.

#1: Keywords Don't Convert (Quality Content Does)

I still shake my head when I read article marketing "guru's" talking about the right amount of keywords to use in your article, using fancy formula's to sell snake-oil. The truth is, keywords have NEVER really been all that important to creating content that converts, and the only real factor, if you are concerned about your keywords, should be your title. (and that's been true for years... and remains so today)

#2: Always Begin with the End in Mind

Before you structure an article marketing campaign, you need to have a strategy in place for what you are ultimately trying to accomplish. Just sending traffic to your blog or review site or a hub or lens is NOT a good strategy. The best way to maximize the leverage you get from a content marketing campaign is to use every article to build a list of subscribers. Why? Because if there is one "secret" to being successful online, it's that relationships, especially those cultivated with your community through a one on one conversation you facilitate through email, are the BEST way to convert strangers into subscribers, and subscribers into sales. Period.

#3: Create Conversational Consistency

This is SUPER important, and in my own campaigns, can be the difference between a conversion percentage of 10% or 40% on the very same content. What I mean by that, is you should create multiple landing pages, multiple resource boxes and even multiple first messages in your sequence, all that continue the conversation you started with the organelle content your subscriber saw.

For example? I may ultimately want to sell ONE big product or service, but I'm writing articles in many sub niches of the overall market to attract an audience. So an "article marketing" article like this one, should have a resource box, a landing page, and an email sequence that is consistent with content marketing for maximum congruity. If next, I'm writing something about list building, the resource box, landing page and first email should all be consistent with THAT specific idea in mind (even if the BIG picture for all of this is to promote one singular product or service that umbrellas them all).

That one tweak alone can double or triple your conversions for obvious reasons, and it's something that not 1 in 100 marketers will EVER do. (And yet... it's super simple to set up and segment, and can make a dramatic difference in conversions... right away).

Guest Blogger Nightmare Story - Why Guesting Bloggers Are Not Always a Wise Choice

Not long ago I was talking to an individual who had a blog in a specific industry sector. He invited me to post a guest blog explaining that it would help me gain credibility and introduce myself to a whole new audience, all those people who subscribe to his blog, and there were thousands. We got to talking, and he told me that he had had some bad experiences. Therefore he had a set of rules, and his stipulations. In other words, I could write a guest blog post as long as it met all his criteria. The criteria seemed reasonable, and perhaps I will oblige.

Now then, one of the bad experiences he had had with another writer was that the writer had submitted a blog article that my acquaintance didn't wish to post because he understood that his subscribers wouldn't really appreciate it. This angered the guest blogger, so my acquaintance decided to post it anyway. That's when the trouble started, because everyone was posting comments belittling the guest blogger, and creating animosity. The guest blogger was upset, and he responded to the commenters, and they got into a cat fight on the blog, exactly what my acquaintance didn't want to have happen.

In fact, it got so out of control that one of the commenters was also the owner of the company which sponsored one of the banner ads, he wanted to get a refund, he'd already paid in advance for one whole year, and he didn't want his name associated with that blog ever again. Yes, this guest blogging nightmare story just kept getting worse and it put my acquaintance the owner of the blog in the middle of the controversy. Now some might say that controversy builds traffic, but it doesn't build traffic if it turns people away because they had a very bad experience online.

One commenter who commented quite frequently never commented again after that exchange. The acquaintance and the guest blogger no longer speak to each other, even though my acquaintance did warn the guest blogger that that probably was not the appropriate blog post in the first place. My acquaintance did give the remainder of the money back to the banner advertiser, keeping two months of the money for his costs in developing the ad. What a terrible situation which went from bad to worse.

Let this be a lesson to you. Just because people advise that bloggers should use the Tom Sawyer trick for blog content, doesn't mean that it is a foolproof strategy. You should know in advance what you are getting yourself into, and have proper criterion and stipulations when pitching the concept to guest bloggers. Please consider all this and think on it.

When you create your articles, there are some things you need to throw out the window. For example, your articles should not give away every secret you have in your head. That's what your website and products are for. The job of your article is to get people interested in what you can offer them. Don't get me wrong, you don't want to sound like a salesman either. You want it to be natural and get people reading all the way to your link in the signature box. People make the biggest mistake of giving too much or too little when it comes to their articles. Keeping things simple is what makes people curious and get them clicking your links. Here are some simple tactics you can use to maximize your exposure with a single article.

Follow the guidelines of the article directories. The most crucial thing to writing an article is getting it published. You want to make sure you follow the guidelines of the article directories so they'll approve all your article without you having to waste time re-editing it. Some directories are more liberal when it comes to what you can put in your content but they still have their do's and don'ts just like every one of them. Just because you follow the guidelines doesn't mean you can't bend the rules a little.

Article marketing works best when you have a targeted audience. You shouldn't try to please everyone with one single article. You want to establish what kind of audience you are trying to reach in order to get the best results. Think of this article I'm writing. It's strictly for an audience that wants to learn how to improve their article marketing skills. You can write as many articles as you want targeting as many different audiences as possible, but just keep in mind that you are targeting a specific audience with each article you post.

Titles should have your targeted keyword or keyword phrase. People search for certain things and the person who can get their stuff on the first page of the search engines is the one who gets a good amount of potential traffic. There is also an article directory search engine that people take full advantage of. If you don't get on the first pages of the search engines there's a possibility you're on the first pages of the article directory engines. Article marketing gets most reads from the article directories themselves. If you look at your statistics for a single article, you may find out that most of the traffic is coming from the article directory.

Article marketing is such a broad topic and there are so many tips I want to share with you to give you better results. Follow me on twitter to get tips and updates on how to maximize your internet marketing success. Click the link below and I'll see you on the other side!

Rapid Article Marketing - Revealed: 3 Tips to Quickly Improve Your Article Marketing

Let's face it - advertising costs for your website or squeeze page are very expensive. But what about using article marketing as a free form of traffic generation. Did you say free? It doesn't cost a dime - however you will have to invest some of your time to write and submit your articles, but it's worth it. Imagine, free advertising and tons of visitors to your squeeze page to join your list!

I'm going to give you 3 tips on how to write articles that will quickly help grow your article marketing and improve the bottom line for your online business:

1) Increase your open rate. The open rate of an article is the most important aspect of writing articles because it measures how many people open or view your information. That sounds simple enough but with the many articles written each day about your niche, there is some stiff competition.

The best way to ensure a good open rate is to have a compelling title to attract the reader's attention. Your title and the body of your article should deal with some problem or question that you have discovered your readers have. Show people that you know enough about your subject to confidently help them and you will make them willing subscribers to your squeeze page and participants for your list.

2) Write short articles. You need about 400-500 words or more for a successful article. If you need to write more about a particular topic, then break it into part A and part B. This way you have created two articles, both on the same subject of interest. Two part articles are very attractive to readers because, after reading part A, they want to find out how it ends. This also gives you some more chance to show people your expertise on the subject.

3) Write more articles. The more articles you publish, the more people have the opportunity to join your list. You should be writing at least 5 articles or more each day. That sounds like a lot of work but, as you continue to write, the task will become easier. Eventually you should be able to finish writing an article in less than one hour. You should consider distributing your articles for publishing to various article directories.

These tips I have presented will help you be able to write effective articles to get targeted traffic for your squeeze page.

3 Methods That Work Fast For Sending a Pinterest Invite

How to Send a Pinterest Invite?

One of the most powerful tools of the day in social networking or social site is Pinterest. More and more people are willing to become members of this great utility. Interestingly, the membership is not thrown open to everyone who applies for it. As of now, the membership is limited to those who get specific invite without which one cannot become a member. Of course the process of becoming a member although is easy, it takes some time; normally it takes few days to become a member. For example, if you are a member of Pinterest and you want to enroll someone known to you as a member, then there are only three methods through which you can invite your friend to become a member of this great utility. Let us look at each of these methods:

Go through the Facebook:

If you want to introduce one of your friends as a member of the Pinterest through the face book, then simply send him an invite. But, before doing so, check his abilities or business status. Once you invite him, the friend will be mailed an application form and he has to send the application through e-mail. After the person submits the application he will be enrolled as a member of Pinterest after duly verifying the application by the Pinterest community. The applicant will get a mail confirming his membership.

Directly send an invite:

This is considered to be fastest method to invite a person to the Pinterest community. For this, the person sending the invite must be a member of the community. Such person can send an invite directly through his website to the willing applicant. All that one has to do is to go to his Pinterest and click on the invite friend utility. There he has to fill in the right fields and the friend will soon get an invite through email. Once the recipient furnishes the necessary data on the mail then the Pinterest community will convey him the status of the application. If his application is accepted, the person will get a confirmation mail soon.

Send general invitations:

This method is considered to be a Samaritan approach. Send a general invitation to the unknown and anyone who is interested can use your invite to apply for Pinterest utility. They would use this invite to apply for the membership of the community. There are instances when people send such invitations through their twitter or LinkedIn account. Even in such cases, the unknown applicant can send his application using such invite. Some people are of the opinion such invite should be sent only to persons who are known and only after ascertaining the need for such person to become a member of the Pinterest community.

As a matter of fact, these are the only three ways through which one can send invite to prospective members of the Pinterest. Whatever be the method through which the invite is sent, it really works fast and within a few days the applicant will get a mail confirming his membership.

(Article Marketing) and Traffic Building - "Giving Value and Building Relationships" Is Paramount

I've been online for a while and I would like to share some of my experiences and results from various marketing projects I've worked on.

I love internet marketing and I believe this article will be able to connect with wherever you are. Whether you are a pro or a beginner there will be something for you here.

Article marketing is dynamic way to give any website you want a massive spike in traffic. I know a lot of people hate doing this method of traffic generation because it takes so long to see results from this.

One thing we must keep in mind is that although this may seem like a way to get traffic the "long" way, when the traffic finally comes, this traffic is actually the most quality traffic online. The reason this traffic source is so quality is because you are starting of the relationship with rapport instead of starting it off with an Ad... Let me explain

one thing we hear online so often is building a relationship and trust is key to success. If you have an email list you will also notice everyone says the money is in the relationship with the list.

So understanding that a relationship with your prospect is paramount, let's examine how to actually apply this to our favor.

When you buy traffic via, email solos, PPC or in some ways SEO (Search Engine Optimization) the relationship starts of on an "Ad" basis. The reason article marketing is so powerful is because this relation starts off on a great foot, it starts of on giving value. I hope I was clear on that, hope that makes sense to you.

This brings up another point. What is value? Everyone may have their own opinion on what value is but when it's broken down to the basics, it all comes back to the same thing.

In my own words and thoughts, value is sharing in some way, something that enhances someone's life for the better.

We all hear that giving your customer value or even your prospect value makes them not only stay to get more but it makes them want to buy more!

The reason giving value is so important is because of all the junk out there, all the rehashed information that has nothing of real value to it. People just rush through pasting a few things together and try selling it to get some money in the bank.

If you hang on long enough and make up your mind that this will work for you then eventually everything will start falling into place, so persevere!

Automate Your Social Media Like A Professional

Social media has become a powerhouse on the internet for quite a while now. There are tons of social media sites all over the internet! Some of the most popular social media site like Face book have millions of users logging in and out every day! This can be a great opportunity for all of us article writers to get eyes on our work and maybe be even published in other sites. Instead of just sitting back and hope that people slowly see your work. I think Google made the right choice in having social media become a way for you and me to generate traffic to our articles, blogs and websites.

Automating Social Media:

Unfortunately in order to use these sites to give you the results you need you will need to create an account with these types of sites. There are so many social media sites to choose from that it becomes a little overwhelming and we are not even talking about setting up an account to those social sites you have chosen to use to promote your articles, blogs and websites. In the end you will need to try to find a way to automate the process of submission to these sites which will save you some time and headaches.

Social Media Today:

By using social media to promote your works online you will begin to receive traffic right away. At times even before Google arrives to check out your work. At the time I did not believe that adding your content to sites like these could help me generate traffic until I ran a little test to see if it was true.

I went to blogger and started a small blog wrote a few articles on it and then I looked for a site that can help me automate my submissions to social media sites. I found a site that can help me do this and this site is called "Only Wire". This site can automate your submissions to 46 social sites. Sites like Face book, Tumbler, Stumble Upon, Google+ etc. Unlike "Social Monkey" where you will have to pay in the beginning "Only Wire" will give you 300 free submissions. There is also a paid service you can use for which gives you more features than the free account.

After I submitted the content to Only Wire website I waited and no lie at about an hour later I got so many page views on my blog for the content I put in that I began to get nervous. I never thought I was going to be bombarded by traffic like this. My blogger stats right now are close to 1000 page views as of today. And this has been happening for about a month now and still I get more page views on my content. If it worked for blog post why not use it to submit your articles to it and get some page views. This has gotten me excited and has given me the fire to continue on my quest to further learn how it works! Soon I will be a social media ninja! HEEEEEYYAAAAAA!!

The Only Social Media Site You Should Use:

That's right the only site you should use that gives you good results is Only Wire. Like I said before the site has many features you can use to further promote and submit your content. You do not have to take my word for it and go ahead and take a tour of the site. If you like what you saw like I did then you can sign up with a free account and submit some content just to see if it is up to your satisfaction. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

You can check out or sign up in my resource page below and give a fellow article writer some love!

Why You Should Have An Attention Grabbing Title When You Submit An Article To An Article Directory

A quite busy editor for an article directory is deciding what to run in the next day's "Article of the Day" feature. He had decided that he will base the decision only on the title the writers submit with the article. One writer says she will submit an article titled "Urgent: Stock Market Has Wild Ride!" while another writer will submit an article titled "Stock Market Goes Up, Then Down." Which is more attention grabbing? Which will most people probably feel is more interesting? The first one, right? Why is that?

Headlines that sound urgent, are attention grabbing, evoke emotion(s) and set the right tone, can be more captivating and helpful to a reader. This intrigue can help increase the chance that the person reads the entire article. Also, the writer that submits an article with a headline that sets an appropriate tone for the article is likely doing the reader a large favor by providing a more satisfactory reading experience.

The headline is the first chance the writer has to make an impression of what the article is about and how it is written. Choosing words that accurately describe the content of the article can be quite challenging. Setting an accurate tone and style can be important in making the reader feel that the title was an accurate description of what the article is about. The very last thing a writer wants to do is make the person reading the article feel confused due to the change of tone from the title to the body of the article itself. This will likely alienate the reader and have a negative influence on the reader's opinion of the quality of writing in the article directory and the article directory itself.

If we return to the article directory example, if the writer who wants to submit the article titled "Urgent: Stock Market Has Wild Ride!" decides for whatever reason to down play the turn of events of the stock market and uses unexciting and mundane descriptions like "so-so", "uneventful" and "normal and boring" the reader will feel there was a disconnect with the title of the article and the body of the article. This is a situation that can easily be avoided with an accurate, encompassing and proper title.

Attention grabbing, well-written headlines are, well, just at the top of items to learn in order to write great and effective articles to submit to an article directory.

Success awaits!

"Content Is King" - Article Marketing for Traffic Generation - Faking It Till You Make It (Myth)

Each article can be a page in a PDF making up 30 pages. The market value for this amount of content is $37 - $97 depending on what the PDF is all about. So without even trying you can potentially have many different products just by simply taking daily action in writing a few articles a day.

There is a reason people say "Content is King" and you can use this to your advantage.

Creating content and posting it online is like having online real-estate. The great part about content is that this is something that can be duplicated for a small amount of money.

If you do not like creating content and writing articles you can easily outsource this and double you efforts overnight. Imagine having 3 people working with you to create articles day in and day out, how would that change things for you? And it's cheaper than you may think.

Article marketing is one of the most scalable business models online in my opinion. This is something that can be scaled out to as large as you like. Think about it. You can have hundreds of articles in different niches and eventually have 5 full time businesses each bringing in a full time income.

Content really is king and let's take it a step further and say quality and original content is even better, this is what last for a long, long time.

The most ridiculous person to become online is someone who isn't genuine, hiding behind an avatar. I'll admit it was bad for me in the beginning; I was not sure what to do or who to follow.

It was so bad that I spun my wheels for one full year and then spent another six months trying to dibble dabble in things that led me to another dead end street.

Once I brushed myself off and got back up (after quitting the make money online pursuit for 1 year) I realized something, guess you could say I had an epiphany...

... Why the heck am I trying to be something I'm not? Just to make money I won't lose my identity online...

We sometimes can get in this thinking that people don't know when we are being phony or fake only...

I got into this thinking that I can hide behind an avatar and try siphoning money from unsuspecting prospects...

My advice to you is stay real and be honest to prospects, don't be like me in the beginning, what the market is missing is you. No one can duplicate you and there is something unique about you so share that with others. Be honest about where you're at and what you want to accomplish, people will follow and join you on this beautiful journey...

If you hang on long enough and make up your mind that this will work for you then eventually everything will start falling into place, so persevere!

Article Marketing Tips: Top Tips for Writing Articles Quickly

Writing articles is a great way to establish yourself as an expert in your field, generate quality leads and enhance your search engine rankings. If you're involved in writing articles on a regular basis as a small or independent business owner, then chances are you'll want to produce as many articles as you can in the shortest possible time. Writing articles quickly takes skill and practice, but the good news is that if you apply some of the tips I offer below, then it's not that difficult. In the end you'll be able to not only write your articles more quickly, but write more articles with higher quality.

Here are some top tips based on my experiences:

Article Marketing Tip 1 - Organize Your Thoughts Before You Start Writing
That's why its incredibly important to identify your article topic before you start writing. One way to do this is to mindmap as many different topics as possible. Start with a blank piece of paper, write one though in the middle of the paper and begin jotting down as many related topics as you can to that original topic, or any ideas that come from the original topic. Don't stop until you have run out of ideas. You will want to at least generate 10 ideas and ideally 25.

Article Marketing Tip 2 - Start by Asking a Question
A common mistake is to start writing an article and then after a couple of paragraphs start thinking "so what do I write now!" One of the best ways to start your article is with a question and then continuing that logic and answering that question in the body of your article. The best part about starting your article with a question is that you are able to connect with your reader by beginning a conversation at their current mental state. In addition, a question posted in a headline is very intriguing and has a way of increasing the curiosity of a potential reader to read further. So, once you have a question to guide you on the topic of your article, then you will want to make the rest of the article an answer to that one question. The key is focus on one question at a time.

So if you are writing an article for the keyword "build a blog" your question might be "How do I build a blog?" By, doing this, you will ultimately be able to better focus the content of your article via the answer you respond with in the body of the article.

Article Marketing Tip 3 - List Bullet Points
Once you've asked a question, list your answers to the question as bullet points. This is a great tip for writing articles quickly. Go through each bullet point and then add more information to it. If you can, throw in an example for each point. It's much easier to write that way. That's why it's a good idea to bullet point the topics to cover and then expand on each one.

Article Marketing Tip 4 - Just Write Until its Done
One you have determined your topic, posed the right question and put your bullet list of answers together, then just write. Write and don't stop writing until you are done. Don't worry about grammar, tone, sentence structure, spelling or any other nonsense. Just write until you have written everything you need to in order to answer the question. When you are finished, then go back and edit your writing. You don't have to make it perfect, just readable.

Article Marketing Tip 5 - Practice
The key to writing articles quickly is to just get it done. Write, write, and keep writing. It sounds obvious I know, but it's amazing what the practice of writing can do for you in terms of increasing your efficiency. By increasing your proficiency and ability to write, you will naturally improve your efficiency.

Article Marketing Tip 6 - Time Yourself
One simple, but overlooked tip is to time yourself while writing articles. It may not seem pleasant, but what you don't measure you can't manage. By timing yourself, not only will you create a baseline measure for your future performance, but you will give yourself the time pressure to really focus your mind mind! Start by giving yourself 15 minutes to write an article, and then gradually decrease it over time. Once you've got some experience it's possible to write as many as 8 or 10 articles in an hour. I know that sounds like a lot, but it is doable. The key is to measure your results and to practice until you are writing your articles in as qucily as you need to be writing them to be efficient.

Article Marketing Tip 7 - Write as You Speak
One of the most overlooked tips for writing articles is to writing as you speak. Too many small or independent business owners make the mistake of writing for the wrong audience. you want to keep your writing clean and simple. Did you know that USA Today is written at the fourth grade level? Why do you suppose that is? Imagine you are speaking out loud to a friend. Write down what you would say to explain the topic. Keep your language as simple as you can - it will be both easier and quicker to write whilst being easier to read and more enjoyable for your target audience.

Now that you have a plan of action for writing articles, get out there and start writing an article. Once you have the experience of writing one or two articles down, you will have a much better sense about how best to organize your thoughts and get your article writing process moving quickly.

Big Article Marketing Secret - Don't You Quit Before Your Personal Break Through Happens!

Want to know my big article marketing secret?

People usually do article marketing to gain backlinks for their website or pages and post. What they do is purchase article distribution software and blast tons of spun articles to massive amounts of article directory sites.

They also go through the hassle of spinning the articles so the duplicate content won't remove backlinks from every article that has the same content.

What I do is use this machine in a much different way. As a matter of fact I use this for what it was initially intended to be used for, which is simply distributing my articles!

You see I don't need to worry about content duplication because I'm not trying to rank the darn post. I'm just trying to get the traffic that's already on these directories to read my "quality" article that are not spun but written well, these are real people viewing my stuff, so every view is quality.

Because I am not trying to rank the post I don't need them distributed for "links" back to my site. I actually couldn't care less even if I tried.

So while people use this to distribute hundreds of articles to get massive backlinks, I use this to distribute top notch quality articles for real viewers, it works pretty good, try it out.

In this internet marketing arena I notice a lot of people literally quite before the break through, literally right before they start seeing results they just quit and say it's not working, I can't do what these Gurus do.

Don't You Quit Before Your Personal Break Through Happens, Deal?

Automation is so important I can hardly bring across to you how critical it is to implement this in every part of your online business. Even offline businesses need this and they are getting it, just look at the mass layoffs, machines taking over what humans use to do.

The way automation works is you have a system in place that starts working automatically whether you're sleeping or whether you are awake. This is also the part in our business that we find freedom. Imagine having all these different wheels going and the only way for them to keep spinning is if you're monitoring it. It's just not
efficient and it won't work for the long run. Here's an example of automation...

... The easiest example I can think of is an auto responder series like Aweber, Getresponse or iContact. These are services that will collect the leads you get, emails and phone numbers if you want. Once they are collected you can set it up where various messages will automatically be sent to their inboxes over a period of time.

If you want you can setup 80 messages all shooting straight into the inbox for 1 year or even 2 years, as long as you want!

This can be done even while you sleep, totally hands off.

If you hang on long enough and make up your mind that this will work for you then eventually everything will start falling into place, so persevere!

The Term "Content Is King" - Content That Stays on Your Site and Gets No Visitors? Is That King?

Hello and welcome to my article, I just want to talk with you for a minute about some basic article tips to improve your SEO efforts and the overall strength of the site to catapult the results you're getting right now. This will be a one way conversation but my hope is that you leave with value.

We often hear the term "content is king" but what's this really mean? Content that stays on your site and gets no visitors? Is that king?

When I started online I tried the best I could to mimic a site I've seen and liked. I tried to copy everything exactly as I seen it, it took me about 2 weeks to get it right.

At the end of the two weeks I was wondering what to do next? I had no clue what the next step was after spending weeks and now finally asking the questions I should have known already.

I had no visitors coming to this page and I never considered how I would get them. I know, you may be thinking I'm crazy lol... I feel like maybe I was, but I'm sure I'm not the only one to fall into this mistake.

Let's take a deeper look and solve this from the beginning so you won't have to experience the same pains I did.

Here are some quick things to do with the articles so you can get more visitors from your hard work.

Article RSS syndication: This is a very powerful way to build the recognition of your site, this can get your articles on the desktops of many different users and on many different blogs when done right.

You can use a tool to distribute this or you can do it manually, it's up to you. If you have a few trusted places to syndicate this it can be powerful enough to just stick with those. But if you want to amplify your efforts then purchase a RSS tool to help along with this.

Guest Blogging: This is another very effective way to get targeted people to see your work. If you have 3 or 4 webmasters that own blogs that get good traffic and comments on post then all you have to do is organize a time and date when you can regularly supply post on their site.

You can then add your link below this post and most readers who enjoy your content will follow through to the link.

Hope you found value in this, talk again sometime soon...

I Am the Author - Is It the New Trend?

To get traffic, write articles! Since the inception of this concept, it has been thought that to increase the flow of traffic for a website, people need to establish themselves as a professional in this field. However, the problem in that there are many other writers no coming to this field as well.

Well, this phenomenon is what now hurting the industry!

This industry is now receiving the entry of a wide range of writers. From bloggers to e-book writers and from column writers to online journal writers; now you can find variety of writers participating in this industry with a single notion to make themselves popular. Despite such a wide range of writers, the internet marketing world is now looking for better and quality content.

To be honest, this number is really low! In fact we lack it!

There are many articles we use to review regularly which we use to mention as the Babble. Many of them are meaningless. By going through them just once, anyone can mention that such articles are simply there for the promotional purpose or with the real substance added for the content.

Keep in mind that quality and unique content is really important. Most of the webmasters still believe that having a clean, professional looking website can play the trick for them in terms of enhancing the sales. So, they wish to add just any content for it. But this is a big misconception!

Copying other's content and posting it in own website can really hurt your business in many ways. This is also a big reason why worse news is assigned for this writing industry. There are many writers who use to select their writing topic. To start the job, they use to browse through the internet and collect five or six articles on the same topic. And when they will have some better articles, they use to combine them and personalize the content just a bit.

Have you ever wanted to know that why several writers are writing the same sort of thing for a specific topic? These writers can be called as Content Copiers!

These days, you can hire content writing companies to write articles for you. In these articles, you can insert your company details as well as author details. This is a not at all a happening strategy. The articles they will supply you, might have been sold to several other companies and people. These article writing companies are just tweaking the articles to some extent and inserting a title for them to make it look different. That's all!

This is all about your business and you are the person who knows the business very well. What You Need to Know About Submitting Articles to Web 2.0 Sites

One of the best ways to get more links back to your website is to submit articles to Web 2.0 sites. Web 2.0 is the phrase used to describe the newest phase of the Internet in which it went from only a one-way information source to an interactive medium for users with added social interaction.

Blogs, social networks, and wikis are all part of the Web 2.0. So, what do you need to do to make sure you are getting the most exposure through your articles on the Web 2.0?

Here is what you need to know:

Feeder Sites

Feeder sites are used to send targeted traffic back to your website while at the same time giving you quality backlinks for your main site. The feeder site contains a lot of content that is relevant to your site and helps to increase the rank of your website.

You want to have several different feeder sites that are linked between your main website and Web 2.0 sites.

Some of the best sites to use for feeder sites include:

WordPress: Offers a simple user interface on which you can set up and post content quickly.

What Content Do You Need?

When submitting to Web 2.0 sites, you need to have quality content that you can insert backlinks into. Most need to be no less than 450 words. You want content that is easy to read and provides valuable information to the reader. Write something that is relative to your website, not just something you think will rank well, because you want to make sure you are reaching your target audience.

Research topics that will help you draw in the types of readers you want back to your website. Find out what people are asking questions about and answer them in your content. Use keyword research to see what words and phrases pertaining to your niche are being searched for online and incorporate them into your articles and blog posts.

Content Do's and Don'ts

DO add images: Use images that are relevant to your content. A good image can encourage people to read your content. Make sure you have the copyright to use images you find online or take your own.

DON'T use the same anchor text every time: When you are doing keyword research, make sure you come up with a long list. You do not want to use the same anchor text repetitively. Find a different way of saying the same thing and make sure that the phrases you use make sense in the flow of the content.

DO link to sites with authority: You don't have to link only to your own website. You can link back to sites like Wikipedia which are known authorities to increase ranking.

DON'T keep linking to your homepage: You need to link farther into your website than just your main page. Google will rank you higher if you have more links deeper inside your website.

DON'T submit once and forget it: Web 2.0 sites want content that provides value. If they sense that you are only submitting an article for link building, your account will be deleted. Plan to write and submit new content at least once every week or two, occasionally without any backlinks. Keep adding quality content to stay on top.

Can you think of anything to add to this? What have you found that works? Please share your knowledge.

Article Marketing Is Still Alive

Article marketing is still relevant. It still works. People give up too easily before they see results. You see, marketing articles is exactly like planting a harvest of pumpkins. Take the farmer for example. A farmer must plant the seeds, water them, and wait five months before he sees any hint of a pumpkin. It takes time. Does the farmer go out to his farm one day, throw up his hands and say "This doesn't work!?" Of course he doesn't. He knows that the process will take time. And when he is patient with the harvest, the results will come.

Writing articles should be treated the exact same way. Every article you write is just like a seed. And once that seed has had time to grow, amazing things happen. You will get a high performing income generating machine. This will take time, but isn't that exciting? I think so. I think that if more marketers saw the potential with content marketing, we'd have more millionaires in our world. Ever article that you write will add to the income you can make online.

Some people are scared of the new Panda update. And I say, "Why?" Fear is only going to stop you from getting the results you want. If you didn't do things because you were afraid to do them, you wouldn't get anywhere in life. So what is the reason for traffic falling with articles? Well, I believe that there is only one reason. People aren't writing high quality content. They find a piece of content online, and then they rehash it. They rewrite the content without even thinking about it. So what does that do? Well, it two bad things. Probably more than that, but you get the point. One, it causes Google to ignore ever article you write. And two, you waste valuable time, and lose money.

So what happened to all the content that was there? One thing happened. Google dumped them off the net. They dropped them in the garbage. This is awesome news for you! This means that now, you will be able to take advantage of all the free space that is available to you.

But here's the truth... You must write good stuff. You can't expect to see results if you are just copying every person you find online. Find your voice. What do you have to offer people? What can you teach people? Write about it! Take 15 minutes and jot down some notes. Once you have some ideas. Write an article about it. Do you see how easy this is? It's alright. You're doing well. Just don't give up.

Is Article Writing and Marketing Still Valid?

Many people will tell me that article marketing is dead. And I simply reply, "Would I still be writing articles if it didn't work?" Of course not! It always makes me chuckle whenever I hear people say that. You see, I've been a full-time article writer for over 3 years now, and I will continue to do so because I know the power of content syndication. I understand that it is not just one article that brings traffic to my website, it is many.

Let me go into more detail. Every morning, when I decide to fall out of bed, I go down to my computer and start writing. Most of the time I don't even know what I'm going to write about, but I do it anyway. Why? Well, it's because the articles I write will be responsible for my future online. And let me tell you, I write a lot of articles. I've been known to write as many as 20 in a single day. And do you want to know how those worked out? Well, each copy I write will eventually, over the course of several months, earn me $45 to $60. That's not a bad accomplishment for just a few hours of work each day.

So, is article marketing dead? I'll leave that for you to decide. But let me leave you with this. If you could write 10-15 articles per day, with just a few hours of work, would you? In other words, if each article would make you, on average, $52 in the next few months, would you write them? Let's put that into perspective. After a few months, every batch of 10 articles you wrote would make you $520. Now, would you write then a day for two months? If you have the proper product funnel in place, meaning that you have a $25, $100, $500, and $997 being promoted to new subscribers on your list, you would be making on average about $31,200 every two months. Would you like to make that kind of money?

So how is that possible? Well, my testing has shown that each article will bring me 3 new subscribers. That's 600 new subscribers every 2 months at 10 articles per day. I have discovered that every subscriber on my list will spend about $17.33 over the course of the first 2 months. So do the math. How much money would you be earning with 1,800 new subscribers every 2 months? So, is article marketing dead?

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

Things You Do Not Have to Worry About When You Get Your Degree Online

Most important in unprecedented weather conditions completing of the task to get your degree online would never be hindered. This is due to the fact that to get your point online all you would require is the comfort of your home and computer connected with internet facility. The most important part to get your extent online is that you could do so even while you are employed or even having kids of your own to raise. Furthermore, the daunting task of finding a suitable parking space for your vehicle when an in-campus regular degree course has been chosen would not be there. Perhaps the most traffic you may have to cope with to get your degree online would be finding a suitable place on your couch or at the Net Cafe you constantly visit.

By choosing to get your degree online you would not have the need to turn around to look at the fellow student who is pestering you with unwanted questions or to silence the student beside you from making too much of noise with tapping on the table while the class is in progress. To get your grade online could mean so much in terms of bettering your prospects at work, holding a good status among other people and most of all the respect from within your family. Pursuing of any degree course through a regular in-campus style would be a lot more exciting for the youth who would be happier talking and laughing about something said about their fellow students even while class could be in progress. But for a person on a regular employment roll and a family to maintain to get a degree online would be the best source.

Yet another important aspect of choosing to get your degree online would be the benefit of home food at all times. The most important and healthy part of choosing to get your level online is that you could eat just about anything and at any time even during study periods. Whereas with a regular in-campus degree course, the need to eat whatever food is available at college canteens and to eat only when allowed could be very annoying and troublesome; especially now that you have passed all the days of eating out and have turned to being healthy and fit. Finally, by choosing to get your level online there is no worry on time for classes as classes could be undertaken at your leisure and in the comfort of your home.

The Keys To Article Marketing Success

Article marketing success is within the reach of anyone, even if three paragraphs is the most you have ever written, there are a number of things you can do to make article marketing work for you. You will find some of them below.

If you have built up a reasonable collection of articles, one thing you can do is to put them all together to make an E-Book. You can give it away in exchange for a visitors name and email address to help you build your list.

If you want to write articles that people will want to read, then it's important to research the subject topic, especially if you are not familiar with it. You can check out what others have published on the matter, and any trade or industry papers to expand your understanding of the topic. This will also give you an idea of who you are competing against, plus your article will be more attractive for the reader.

You may at times need to vary your writing style. For example if you are writing a Technical oriented article then you will be sticking mainly to facts, figures, system uses and processes that need to be followed. However if you are writing an article that needs a human touch, for example an article about caring for a pet, then you would be better of relating examples and personal stories to your reader, in your own words, just like you would if you were explaining it to a friend. By mixing up your styles to suite the article, you will appear to be very knowledgeable and professional.

If someone offers you a compliment on your writing or leaves a positive comment about an article you wrote, keep them all and use them as testimonials. This is a great tip for article marketing success and will provide what is known as social proof, which will make your site even more respected as a source of information..

Try not to be too wordy in your writing. Make each article between 400 and 700 word in total if you can. Try to make each paragraph between 3-5 sentences, and leave a bit of space between them. This makes your article much easier to read and will keep your readers interested in reading the whole thing, article directories also like this format as well. If you are writing for a blog, downsize it to about 300-400 words or there about.

Always Remember above everything else, it's Quality over Quantity, this is the greatest tip I can give for article marketing success, and cannot be understated. Quality means providing relevant information that will help your reader. Remember to place your keywords in the article at about once per one hundred words, and never ever provide content that is not original. A Great tip to help you do just that, is to find a really good article and re write it in your own words.

When you write really long articles, you run the risk of losing the interest of your readers. You don't want your audience to become bored with your content. Stick with writing articles that are not ambiguous and offer valuable information to your reader.

Make your articles both honest and original. Your readers are more likely to return to your site regularly if they believe you are an honest person, which you are aren't you? Also when you build that trust, they will look to you for information, and be more likely to take your advice on purchases and recommendations. By following these suggestions your article marketing success is practically assured, and so is the reputation of your business.

Why Use Enticing Titles for Article Marketing?

Article marketing has become a common means to reach the world audience. But, have you ever thought about converting traffic into sales after the content splashes on the net? Though a lot of factors keep an article on top of search engine, one of the crucial factors is the use of meaningful and enticing title.

The viewers often get attracted to tantalizing titles which can drench their taste buds. They don't lose a second to step forward to read the content of the article. The title holds the power to create an appeal as much as the content itself. While the sole target of every website owner is to achieve sales target to collect maximum revenue. Many webmasters often think about driving people in large number to a page or website before giving a shot of ink to their stationary. Thus, they primarily target the audience to help client achieve those targets.

Thus, giving suitable and traffic-driven titles to articles could easily escalate the sales and thereby revenue. Titles containing "How to" or "Top five or seven tips" phrases could easily entice the customers to read the content thoroughly before stepping in to buy the product or service. In one of my articles, I had used the title "Weight loss by eating more". In another article about grapes, I had mentioned "Grapes- Nectar of Gods". These titles seem to attract people more as far as uniqueness is concerned. In fact, the main aim of grabbing the eyeballs in first instant is well-achieved. The reader, definitely, peeps into the article in case it belongs to his favorite niche.

Using eye-catching titles shouldn't imply harming the sentiments of few in the crowd. The title, in no case, should misrepresent facts or create misunderstanding about a product or service. The sole aim is always intended to target the audience into purchasing the required product or service.

The title shouldn't be very long. Search engines are targeting articles through keywords. If title is too long or keywords are not used effectively, article doesn't see the sun. Similarly, it shouldn't be very short. It should contain the purpose; a target. It should contain the power to pull traffic onto the website. The audience should get inkling... Yep... I have reached the right place and I can start buying.

Article marketing has popularized a certain category of people- writers and authors. They have a falcon eye to write on what the client wishes to aim and achieve. Content, title, language, grammar and the richness of ideas makes the difference in locating the target audience. Thus, title is just a tip of the iceberg which needs to be crafted with precision.

If you are struggling to create content that converts, this article was written with YOU in mind! The truth is, the typical story arc of the typical content marketing goes something like this:

1 - You discover article syndication or content marketing on some sort of blog or forum, and the light bulb goes off that it's a dead simple (and free) way to build traffic to your site, service or offer.

2 - You getting ready to write a few articles and submit them... and as you prepare, looking for a competitive advantage, you start reading all sorts of other "secret" strategies from gurus, or other self professed experts... and you start getting MORE excited... although a bit more confused, overwhelmed and ultimately, paralyzed with what to do next

3 - Now really unsure what worked THEN, versus now, what's effective and what's not, the shine and sheen starts to wear off of your initial excitement... and you begin the process of finding something else that sounds like it will.

If the above scenario, or some sort of variation of this approach sounds familiar, the good news is... you are NOT alone.

I'm going to tell you something very simple, and I hope... if you're on the fence about whether or not content marketing still works, I hope this helps reinforce your excitement and enthusiasm for what's possible.

First, the critical KEY... or the secret strategy behind successful article marketing is this:

You have to use your content to build a community, or a list of subscribers. That MUST be your goal, and if it isn't, you may find your results are far inferior to what they should be.

Let me demonstrate why:

I have used article marketing, and free content in general, to generate tens of thousands of subscribers, in tons of different niches, and I've cultivated a continuous conversation with those readers over weeks, months and even years thereafter... to turn many of them into clients and customers.

No one can take away my "list". Your list isn't subject to any search engine penalties, any algorithm changes, any "slaps", any judgements by any outside agencies, or really... any natural atrophy that comes with content that lives on the web at all.

As a matter of fact, after a period of time, all search results are re-shuffled for recency and relevance, so stuff that's been generating traffic for you for YEARS, may come out of the results overnight, leaving you stuck and in deep trouble if you are relying on it for your income.

Your LIST?

It's always YOURS. No one can take it from you. The only thing that will cause it to disappear, is if you don't nurture the relationships you have with the people who signed up in the first place!

The secret to a successful article marketing campaign is SIMPLE.

3 words.

Control what you create.

And -

Always build a list. (or as I like to say - always use your content to create a community!)

Lastly - my own biggest regret?

The first few years I worked online, I wrote thousands of articles that didn't follow the above. I lost tens, if not hundreds of thousands of subscribers as a result... and while I earned some easy money over those years without the list piece of the puzzle, I'd pay it ALL back today to have all of those readers in my autoresponder account instead!

Article Marketing for SEO and Increasing Sales

I personally believe that articles marketing and SEO is pretty much the same thing. You see, when you submit an article to a directory, you are doing the exact same thing you would be doing if you were creating a website page. You write the article, you write the Meta description, and you enter your keywords. So that means you are optimizing every piece of content that you write.

I know for a fact that over 90 percent of the content that appears naturally in the search engines are articles, blog posts, comments, etc. Everything that you can find with a search engine is either an article or has the written word located somewhere on the web page. This is just a fact. Now, if you want to get more traffic and increase sales to your business, keep reading.

Every article you write will eventually appear naturally in many different search engines. This is great for you because every article you write can and will bring you traffic. This means that every piece of content you put on the web is owned by you. You are essentially creating your own personal real-estate. So, the more content you personally own, the more sales you can make over time.

Some people will say that link building is very important. And this is very true, however, things are changing. With the new Panda and Penguin updates, things are moving forward. Content is more important than ever. And if you are not writing quality and original content, you might as well just throw in the towel. Here's the thing, links will build over time anyway. So really, you can just focus on creating great articles and let the search engines do their jobs.

I will get up every morning and write 5 articles before I do anything else. This is because I understand the importance of content creation. And if you want to succeed with article marketing and promotion, you will do the same. This will not only apply to the traffic you get to your website. It will also apply to your overall success online. The secret to accomplishing anything you do online, is the process of repeating the same fundamental tasks over and over again until you get results.

It takes time for articles and blog posts to get indexed in the top search engines. So stop worrying so much about what has not happened for you yet, and focus your attention on creating more articles. This is what the experts are doing. This is what the people who are making a full-time income online are doing.
